A proud graduate of the University of Kansas, Justin earned his degree in Architecture and has since built a career defined by integrity, innovation, and a deep understanding of how thoughtful design can shape the way people live and interact with their environments.
Throughout his two decades in the field, Justin has successfully managed projects across a wide range of sectors, bringing a unique blend of creative vision and practical expertise to each endeavor. His ability to seamlessly bridge architectural design with real-world construction practices has made him a trusted leader and collaborator within the industry.
Outside of his professional achievements, Justin is a dedicated family man. He shares a strong and supportive partnership with his wife, Kim, and together they are raising two active children who share a deep love for sports. Family is at the heart of everything Justin does, and he takes great pride in being both a present father and a role model.
In his spare time, Justin channels his energy and leadership into coaching youth basketball. He’s passionate about developing young athletes, not just in terms of their game, but in building confidence, character, and teamwork. Trey Nation is one of the Co-founders of Three Design Build. He is a dedicated professional with over 12 years of experience in the building industry. Following graduation in 2010 at the University of Central Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, he quickly discovered a passion for real estate and the joy of building lasting relationships with clients as they create their dream homes. His commitment to excellence and personalized service has made him a trusted name in the industry.
Beyond his career, Trey is a devoted husband to his wife, Taylor, whose unwavering support inspires him to chase his dreams. Together, they share a life centered around his two amazing daughters, who are his greatest motivation. It was for them that Trey co-founded Three Design Build—creating a legacy that he hopes to one day pass down.
